Balloch Castle Country Park Regeneration Group (BCCPRG) is managed by a small number of volunteer Trustees and a group of supportive volunteers.

BCCPRG is bringing stakeholders and park users together to restore nature, heritage and recreational assets, and explore income generation opportunities.

Our aim is to help make the park a place to live well, respectfully enjoy our environment and have opportunities to support and learn about nature and cultural history.

We would like to grow our membership to:

• Help support and advocate for our work
• Provide fresh and innovate ideas
• Assist with fund raising, including philanthropy and income generation
• Increase our pool of volunteers
• Ensure future trustees are in place for succession and sustainability of our charity

The charity is a two-tier Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO). This means that at our Annual General Meeting (usually held in September) members a vote on the election/ re-elect the Trustees and any proposed resolutions.

In addition to our Annual General Meeting, there are bi-monthly members meetings, usually held in person in Balloch.
