The Regeneration Group has now signed the Memorandum of Understanding with West Dunbartonshire Council (WDC).
This will enable the group to make applications for large amounts of funding to help us progress with our plans to regenerate Balloch Park.
We will be attending the National Lottery funding webinar alongside Ian Bain of WDC Greenspace to enable us to make the applications efficiently. We also have a list of other potential grant funding sources.
Firstly we will be looking for funding to employ a Park Development Officer to produce an overall business plan with timeframes, achievement goals and a grant funding matrix, which will make a real difference to the work of BCCPRG.
The Group have quarterly meetings with WDC and we appreciate their support for our work.
